Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.premiercd.co.uk.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

We do not use a contact form at present but may be added in the future. If you need to contact us, please use phone or email.

Cookies

If you have been given a user account by Premier (C&D) and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. All wordpress based sites do this and no cause of alarm.

This site does not have a ‘register user’ function so no log-in information is collected for the general public.

For administrators only –> When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you are an administrator or of authority to post onto this website, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

At the moment, the contact page uses Google maps so this may set cookies that we have no control over.

Analytics

Who we share your data with

Nobody. Premier (C&D) Ltd has no intention of using hidden data for profit.

How long we retain your data

For users that have registered status or any higher privileges on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Again, there is no user registration page at the moment but may be added in the future.

What rights you have over your data

If you have been given an account by the administrator to post on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. At the moment there is no way to register on this website so this won’t be an issue. If user-registration is added, you will be notified on the cookie bar at the top of the screen when entering.

Where we send your data

We don’t use the commenting system so don’t need any spam detection service that would use cookies.

Your contact information

As there is no way to register on this website, no contact information is stored. Again, this may be added in the future and the cookie notice at the top of the screen will show this.

How we protect your data

No data is stored as there is no register option.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Again, there should be no data breach from us as we do not have a register user function. We do use google maps on our contact page and any data breaches from Google should be addressed with Google.

What third parties we receive data from

None. This website is for information purposes only to demonstrate our services.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

Nothing. Again, this website is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND TO DEMONSTRATE OUR SERVICES. No profiling is done, no user data is collected (no register option).
